Harrow Parks Forum (H.P.F) is an informal volunteer based group which was established in 2015, and is managed and run by a volunteer committee drawn from the Park User Groups (PUG).

It is the network for all the borough's local Friends and User Groups for parks, nature sites, recreation grounds, and other community green spaces.

The HPF represents and offers support to all user groups through:

• Sharing experiences and discussing specific as well as borough wide issues.

• Influencing decision making and resource allocation.

• Liaising with the council to foster a connected approach between parks, health, sports, and environmental services.

• Working in partnership with London Borough of Harrow to maintain parks within available budgets.

• Acting as a key consultation group.

• Establishing new groups.
